12 OZ MANGOS,RAW
2 OZ, chopped onion, red raw
1/4 CUP, grated Carrots Raw Local
1 1/2 LB Chicken Fajita Cooked USDA
3 OZ, chopped Peppers, sweet green raw
1 OZ Onion, scallion
24 OZ Rice Brown Parboiled Long Grain, Cooked
1/4 CUP, diced PEPPERS,JALAPENO,RAW
1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS,DRY,GRATED,PLN
1 TBSP, leaves SPICES,OREGANO,DRIED
2 TBSP Parsley, Dried
1 TBSP Curry Powder
1/2 TSP SALT,TABLE
1 TSP Berbere Pepper
1 TSP Xanthan Gum

Directions
Chop the mushrooms, Mango and add to a mixing bowl with the other ingredients, mix together and scoop on a sheet tray with #10 scoop Place a tray on top and press Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 minutes.
