10 tbsp olive oil
6.25 lb ground beef (Local Beef-Mushroom Blend)
10 cloves minced Garlic
5 onions diced yellow onion
Salt/Pepper to taste (more pepper than salt)
2 heads chopped green cabbage
1-#10 can crushed tomatoes (100-oz)
10 cups beef stock
25 cups water
5 cups rice

1. Heat olive oil
2. Add meat and cook
3. Add garlic and onions
4. Add salt, pepper; stir
5. Add cabbage and tomatoes; stir
6. Add stock, water, and rice; stir
7. Bring to a boil and then lower to simmer
8. Cover and cook 30-45 minutes (until cabbage is tender)
